And that evening planned to have a picnic back at Garden of the Gods. We got there a little earlier than the Kemmerlins, so Spencer took a bike ride (and saw a little wildlife...)
while the kids and I took a walk.
We had a lovely picnic as the sun was starting to set, and then took turns taking some family pictures.
It was a beautiful, restful Wednesday in Colorado.
