Owen was not too sure what to think about the ocean at first.
But he eventually warmed up enough to get his feet wet at least.
Claire enjoyed the waves but mostly preferred to be on the sand, building castles or finding shells.

Owen loved playing ball with Daddy on the beach.
Not that pictures can convey the sounds that were occurring, but in these photos AK was screaming at the very top of her lungs. It was so much fun, because there aren't many places where she can actually do that, but in the ocean is definitely one of them.

The POOL! This was definitely Claire's favorite place to be!
One day we went to the Jacksonville Zoo!
The kids got to feed a giraffe!

And this was AK's happy place - on the boogie board with Dad.
Claire preferred gathering shells...
And Owen preferred sitting on his jeep.
Claire did try the board once.
But just once.
AK eventually joined us back on the sand.
