Then we headed outside for the real thing!
Averi Kate was not too sure about the snow.
Claire did a "silly snow dance."
Averi Kate did not.
Claire made snow angels.
Averi Kate did not.
Claire wanted to stay outside.
Averi Kate did not.
Now, that's better. AK stayed inside and ate bowlfuls of blackberry snow for the rest of the day.
Claire enjoyed some blackberry snow herself.
...And then headed back out to build a snowman.
AK took a nap. On her beanbag. In her crib.
And we ended the day with Veggie Tales.

Oh my gosh, this may have been my favorite of all time! I cracked up at every picture of Averi Kate. this is why I love you! It read like a hilarious children's book. So glad you all got to have a snow day!
