A Great Saturday

Well, we had a grand old time on Memorial Day weekend. We spent all day Saturday out at Mr. Gary's mom's house...swimming, playing tennis, riding four-wheelers, eating, and fishing! Averi Kate became the first person I've ever known to fall asleep while riding on the 4wheeler. We had a great, very full day. I caught some pictures of the last activity of the day...fishing!

Claire wasn't afraid to touch the crickets, but every time they jumped she jumped too!

And you know the night is going to end well when the shoes come off.

That's right. The kids found a mudhole!

Little did he know, those fish were about to jump into the mudhole, stick and all! When they did, they came flopping right toward Claire, who quickly became all business as she yelled, "We've got to get this baby out of this water before the fish come back!"

After drying off, the kiddos sat in the club car with Deen.

Yes, Jon Luke is wearing a "Big Sister" shirt. It was the best I could do for him. Thankfully, I think he's young enough that it won't scar him for life.

Moooommmmmm!!! Averi Kate pooped in the floor in my room!!! And she's playing with it!!!

Ducks Dance...

Claire had her first little dance performance last night.

She was excited.

She was a duck.

This is serious stuff.

She did great and had a blast!

Claire and her friend Gabby talked after the show.

Then they exchanged babies for a few minutes, which was really sweet and special.

And of course, AK just tried to escape.
