The girls both had a really good soccer season, which wrapped up last month.
AK got really aggressive and focused this year.
Though she also spent a lot of time on the ground.
She was repeatedly labeled as "the toughest girl on the team who always has fun." Yep, that's about right!
Score!!!
Claire also had an awesome season. She especially loved when she got to play goalie, except for not at all.
Ahh, that's more like it.
This girl is so focused and gives 100% to whatever sport she is playing.
Yay for soccer!

Also in fall, we go to the fair.
We were super pumped that the fair was not sweltering this year! Yay for temps below 90 in October!!!
Getting friendly with the reptiles...
Claire got to break a board in half with her bare hands after we watched the ninja show!!!
Taking a little snack/water break...
Future vet? I wouldn't be surprised!
We got to pet a baby pig...
Love this beauty!

On days in the fall.
On days in the fall, we go out for ice cream after church...
Paint our faces...
Make lego creations...
Go running in hurricanes...
Pull limbs down before the hurricanes can get to them...
Run after chickens in the rain...
Go to Lowes where we are thankful for the BEST big sister ever who plays the alphabet game 73 times while mom and dad are ordering countertops...
Ride our bikes on the trails...
Learn how to persevere...
Play with our chickens...
Check the washing machine with Daddy when Mom thinks she saw a dead rat...
Which turned out to be a stuffed raccoon...
Try on our new clothes that Nan got us...
Play with the chickens some more...
Go running like a boss with the new-age fanny pack...
Play with the chickens some more...
Do our school work...
Play outside while we are supposed to be doing our school work...
And learn how to read.
Happy fall!
